[SI-LIST] Hspice Initial conditions for AC cap in serial link

Is there a quick way to know what value to use for setting the initial
condition for the voltage across a capacitor in a Hspice simulation of a
high speed serial link such as PCI express?
I assume if I new the bias points of the transmitter and receiver that
would tell me but I am not sure how to find those out.
I did run a very long simulation with the capacitor reduced from .1uF to
.01uF but this takes a long time.
