Hi Bowen,

What version of HSPICE are you using?  Is it possible to send me your
netlist as an attachment?  There's a bunch of special characters that came
through in the email.

You can use 'mil' or 'mm' in your field solver dimensions so that you don't
have to write the dimensions as expressions to convert them from meters
(default).

Hi,
I got an error "Singular MOM Matrix" when running Hspice fieldsolver,
the source code is at below.
I found that if I change trace width(W_MB) from 6 to 4 mils, it would
work.
Looking for inputs on causes for this error and work around.
