[SI-LIST] How to model IC current in spice

Is there a way to make a spice model of input power to an IC, or in this
case an oscillator?
I want to use the model to design the power filter network which includes
bypass caps and ferrite bead.

A guesstimate would be fine.

Thanks - Joel
