Zhangkun, do you want to only see the capacitance as a load with a presumed 
receiver threshold, or do you want to approximate the transfer function 
through the receive buffer?

If you just want to find the capacitance of the input, TDR the driving 
trace.  Unless the trace is very long, the capacitance should be 
measureable from that test.
