[SI-LIST] How to check Capacitance in IBIS model

Hello all,
When I compare the C_Comp with the Capacitance in data
sheet. I find that there is a large difference
between. So I want know which is correct.
(In some datasheet, Cpad includes die capacitance
only. No package parasitics are included.)
