Hi Hung,
I would also like to recommend:
Greg Edlund, "Timing Analysis and Simulation for Signal Integrity Engineers"
and
Stephen H. Hall et. al., "High-Speed Digital System Design A Handbook of
Interconnect Theory and Design Practices"
These excellent books explain timing analyses techniques for high-speed
digital interfaces,
in addition to other essential signal integrity concepts and methodologies.
Kind Regards,
Abe

Hi Experts,
I have started to study SI for 6 months. Begin with Signal and Power
Integrity-Simplified book and some tech-doc, app note from Hyperlynx.
Currently, my job is extracting S-parameter and verify SerDes by IBIS-AMI
simulation.
Can the experts give me the recommendations or documents to study SI
effectively? I use Hyperlynx tool to do SI simulation.
Thank you so much.

Thanks & Best Regards
