[SI-LIST] How to Zigzag trace!

Hi,All:
On PCB, we hope the clock reach the pins of ICs at the same time, we must route
some traces at the zigzag mode. Which types of the serpentine traces is the
best for delay and SI?
Any information or literature on this would be highly appreciated.
