If we set the oscilloscope with wide bandwidth, the voltage ripple becomes larger. What is the criterion of bandwidth or cutoff frequency for measuring voltage ripple of chip? If we have to consider the operating frequency of chip, we need to set several GHz. But, I just wonder the several GHz voltage ripple noise can affect the chip operation. If not, we don¡¯t need to consider the voltage ripple noise of high frequencyrange. Please let me know your opinion.
