Hi Ihsan:   Thank you for your reply, that's impossible to characterize the package, how about just know the anti resonance between the package inductance and the PCB capacitance?   Regards,   LIU Luping --- 12å¹´12æ1æ¥ï¼å¨å , Ihsan Erdin <erdinih@xxxxxxxxx> åéï¼ å件人: Ihsan Erdin <erdinih@xxxxxxxxx> 主é¢: Re: [SI-LIST] How can we get the resonance frequency and Q between the package and the board from Z11? æ¶ä»¶äºº: liewluping@xxxxxxxxxxxx æé: "si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> æ¥æ: 2012å¹´12æ1æ¥,å¨å ,ä¸å8:45 Liu, Unless you can remove the die from the package it is impossible to isolate the package characteristics from the package-die combination. You simply don't have enough information to do that. The measurement we can do is the Z11 looking from the PCB (with the BGA chip mounted or a bare board with decouple capacitor) with a two port VNA test.Is it possible to get the Cpackage and Cdie?   Thanks and Regards,   LIU Luping ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List forum  is accessible at:         http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list List archives are viewable at:         //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at:         http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu -- Ihsan Erdin ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List forum is accessible at: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu
