I have received many answers and I am going to check them.

I understand that in my first mail I was not clear in writing; I have to 
do two different connections:
First connection between, for example, Board1 and Board2 with 
LVTTL at 125MHZ 64 single ended bit;

Second connection between BOARD3 and Board4 with
LVDS at 500MHz 16 differential bit;
