Hi Jesus,
As a general rule of thumb, you'll want to include out to the 5th
harmonic in your measurements. So, you're looking somewhere around a
3.5 GHz scope/probe bandwidth.

Best of luck,
Mike

Subject: [SI-LIST] HW Debugging

Hello all,
=20

We are designing a PCB with fastest transmission clock speed of 600MHz.

We have 1GHz oscilloscopes (and below)

=20

Do you think we will need additional test equipment for any required
design testing?

If you think so, will you, please, suggest which minimum equipment will
be necessary?

=20

Thank you in advance,

J. Santos
