Ray, You can create and build DML library with dml model for each buffer where you place the pointers (.include path) to your encrypted model library. You can use these models to attach to your device pins or use tehm as standalone buffer in pre-layout analysis using sigxplorer. The conditions are you have to use HSPICE simulation engine instead of TLSIM and you can not use any regular IBIS converted dml model in your topology. However, you can create a similar type dml model for IBIS models that can be used with these models.
