I would also encourage you to specify FMAX since it sounds like you are
going to deliver a model for someone else to use. Otherwise they might
use it outside its range of validity and get interesting results.

This is pulled from a working s-parameter demo file I just used. The
s-paramter file name and model name have been changed to protect the
innocent..
.model NAME s tstonefile=3D'FILENAME.s4p'
s1 txp rxp txn rxn 0 mname=3DNAME INTERPOLATION=3DSTEP
This was for a 4 port single ended representation a 2 port differential
model. Ports txp and txn are inputs and rxp and rxn outputs.
