[SI-LIST] HSPICE S-parameter File Syntax

Sorry if this has been covered:
I have a need to deliver HSPICE netlists that use S-parameter models =
(for
vias). Don't have HSPICE documentation to check the correct syntax, and =
our
netlist won't pass thru the HSPICE parser. Error is on the =
"DATAFILE=3Dxxx" =20
Here's the relevant text:
" svia n1 n2 n3 n4 0 fqmodel=3Ddiffvia "=20
" .model diffvia sp n=3D4 datafile=3Dvia.s4p "
