[SI-LIST] HSPICE Simulation with S-Parameter (S2P)

Hi All
In my simulation, I have a squarewave source of 50MHz, rise&fall time = 200ps.
MY signal trace is represented by an S2P file taken by VNA, it contains 1600pts
upto 6GHz Below is my setting for S element:
FMAX = not specified, so simulator will simulate up to a very high
frequencyFBASE = 3.7521MHz (the frequency data spacing in my S2P file)HIGHPASS
= 1 LOWPASS = 2 DELAYHANDLE = 1INTERPOLATION = LINEAR
Now, my confusion is, I am not sure what value to set for DELAYFREQ. Is it if I
set DELAYFREQ=6GHz, then that will be the frequency point at which group delay
is calculated? Please correct me if I am wrong.
