I am looking for a pseudo high speed micro / high density connector or
cable assembly.  My requirements are the following:

PCB Connector:
        -       Fit 40 pairs of differential (RS-422) signals in less
then 3.5" (2mm connector is probably the biggest that would fit)
        -       Right angle, through-hole mount to the board
        -       Work well for up to 30Mhz signals without cross talk,
balanced 
        -       Provide good mechanical connection to mating connector,
mechanically lock if possible

I am also looking for a mating connector / cable solution which would
connect with the PCB connector

Mating Connector and cable:

      - Twisted differential pairs
      - Durable termination between mating connector and wire, wire
preferably not smaller than 28 AWG
      - The twisted pair bundle is shielded
      - Cable up to 6 feet long

Has anybody ran across a manufacturer / components which might work for
these requirements?
