Hello, I am working on the electrical modeling of different aspects of a wireless sensor node packaged using a system in a package approach. The sensor node is packaged in a way that you have RF/micro controller/sensors/power management/battery all in close proximity. My question is this: are there any signal integirty issues arising from the fact that the device is mixed signal and battery powered? Is it enough to follow 'good' power supply network practices/guidelines for each individual section or block of the system- (bypassing/decoupling etc), keeping the power/ground seperate and tying them together at the battery?.
