Hi SiExperts,
             Can anybody give me an overview of GR-1377 jitter
standard..(the specifications ...the requirements ...etc.). And where can i
download the GR1377 standard specification on web...

Another resource for NEC (Numerical Electromagnetics Code)
and related utilities is the unOfficial NEC archives I maintain at:

You'll find both source code and precompiled binaries for a
number of different platforms as well as an assortment of NEC
related utilities for preparing input files and viewing
results.

Note that public domain NEC is NEC2. The Latest and greatest is
NEC4. There are a number of commercial incarnations available,
all of  which require licensing from Lawrence Livermore Labs
prior to purchase. I also believe there still exists export restrictions
on NEC4 which may limit it's availability for those outside of the US.
