Hi Sreve,

In my case the flex is going to carry the signals after the Magnetics. So Flex 
will be the complete physical path for Ethernet signal.

How you design the etch depends on which end you place your magnetics.  
Mode conversion will be a consideration to your geometry choices if the flex is 
on the ingress/egress side of the magnetics.
