[SI-LIST] GND reference difference in modular system

Hi Gurus,We have a modular system where the AC-DC PSU is pluggable to main
board.The main board have 24 optical modules, whose cage is grounded to
chassis, hence the digital GND plane of the main PCB is getting connected to
chassis GND thru SFP Cages.
We are seeing some difference in the GND reference when main board is inside
the chassis and main board is on-bench(outside chassis)
Appreciate if you share some knowledge on how to avoid this/solve this.
