The General/Business Development Manager of High Speed Interconnects (HSI) will 
be responsible for the whole HSI group consisting of 8 people in three groups- 
High Speed Connector Development , Signal Integrity  and Sales and marketing 
for HSI products. Duties will include accessing the market for technology 
trends, generating a business development plan including customer development 
and product development plan to meet the company's long range plans. 
Development of new high speed connector products. Establish and maintain Signal 
Integrity capability for the HSI group and eventually for all divisions. 
Interface with partners including suppliers, customers and /or competitors as 
necessary. Also act as in house resource on signal integrity issues for other 
engineering groups. To qualify you must have at least a 4 year degree in E.E. 
with 10 plus years of Hi-speed digital connector development experience, an MBA 
would be a plus coupled with a high level of engineering
 expertise in Signal integrity testing, simulation and modeling using the 
latest software. Must be highly creative able to come up with unique solutions 
to new problems, have strong project management skills and be comfortable in 
the field working with sales engineers and customers. Japanese language skills 
would be a plus but not required. Salary is negotiable
