Insert a VAR eqn in your design and code your equation there. Then reference
that variable you defined a resistor element to define the components
resistance.
Define this in the Var eqn:

Rdep= 0.03 +(freq/10000)+(0.15/freq)

Then in a resistor component: R = Rdep

Caveat emptor: I haven't tried this in a live simulation, may need debugging
with respect to frequency scaling and or syntax.....

Subject: [SI-LIST] Frequency dependent in ADS

Hello,
Is it possible to model the following frequency dependent resistor in ADS (AC
simulations)? How?

R = 0.03 + [freq(MHz)/10,000] + [0.15/freq(MHz)]

Thanks,
-Adnan
