That looks much more reasonable, i.e. it's a lower impedance 
than for the corresponding two wire case.

BTW, maybe you want to let B.C. Wadell know what you found ...

Leading term should be 173/sqrt(Er) and its log10, not ln.

I checked it very quickly for d=10  D=100  Er=1

2D FEM solver =173 ohms, corrected formula =178 ohms.

I don't have my Ref Data book here, its at home.
