Pardon me, but my understanding is that SI-LIST helps the people who have
first made attempt to learn on their own, and have specific questions. There
is a ton of material available on-line, as well as free seminars/webinars. A
novice may ask what material to read to get the understanding of the subject.
There are consultants on this list who make a living helping those who are
beginners, and do not want to go through the learning process. One should not
expect a full design consultation from the List members.

Hi Vikash,
You should not ask such general questions about a design in SI-LIST. If this
is your first design then it will be better to hire a consultant.
Alternatively, do some self-study on the subject, and if you have any specific
question then you may post it here.
