Topic: the replacements of CISPR 13 and CISPR 22 Dear IEEE member, For October, IEEE EMC Society, Santa Clara Valley Chapter will have our meeting on Tuesday October 10th starting at 5:30pm. This meeting should be very interesting for those of you who involve in CISPR 22 and CISPR 13 testing. IEEE EMC SVC chapter is honored to have one of the experts from CISPR working group (WG2) who has been involving in developing and advising the industry on the replacement of the well-known CISPR 13 and CISPR 22 standards with new CISPR 32 and CISPR 35. The talk will provide an insight into the new standards and what will likely change. Additional information will be provided on 1) How the above 1GHz were set 2) Will telecommunication line emissions still be required on Ethernet ports 3) Will immunity be required above 1GHz We should have good responses from EMC society for this meeting.
