Hello Praveen, not all the symbols that you can access in Capture have a SPICE model attached to them. You should choose symbols only from libraries that are in the directory "PSpice" (somewhere in your Orcad installation tree). I think to recall that there are two libraries called CAPSYM and SOURCE (I don't have Orcad now here with me, so I can't verify my memory), which contains symbols for the GND-node. But actually, only one of the two libraries is a PSpice library, and has the spice model attached to the GND-symbol. Hope it helps. Good luck, Luca On Wed, 16 Feb 2005 14:05:12 -0500 "Novak David (TTE)" <david.novak@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > I have ran into the same problem before and I had to actually name the > ground net "0". > > David=20 > > -----Original Message----- > From: si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] > On Behalf Of Craig Clewell > Sent: Wednesday, February 16, 2005 10:30 AM > To: praveen_vrec_123@xxxxxxxxxxx > Cc: si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [SI-LIST] Re: FLOATING NODE IN PSPICE > > > ...did you put a ground symbol on the schematic at the bottom of your > source?
