Hi SI-List,
After a quickie, has anyone any recommendations for copper play materials for
embedded resistors suitable for HF(<25ps)
termination? Any pointers for papers etc. that cover HF applications and
results?
The materials that some fabricators are "recommending" all contain nickel in
the resistive layer, but they do not have any R vs
freq data. Sent my permeability paranoia alarm bell ringing!
