I was thinking along those same lines. Radars with distributed power amps
typically run with PRFs in the KHz region or higher.
Also switching power supplies.

How about SSPAs (Solid State Power Amplifiers)? These can have output power
levels of 100's of watts into 50 Ohms at frequencies well into the 10-20GHz
range. Here power loss of a fraction of a dB means a not insignificant heating
of the tracks. In addition to the signal path, power distribution network to
the GaN devices probably also counts as efficiency is often around 25% or so.
