[SI-LIST] Re: EBD model support

Hello Hermann,
HL v8.0 makes an EBD model of a dual-die package worthless / useless because
it tacitly inserts 20ps 50-Ohm delay between consecutive RLC lumped elements
in side the EBD. This extra delay lines result into much ringing when
viewed at the die.
Mentor says that their next release v8.1 of HL - some time in May? - should
fix this problem. For now you have to hack around it.

Regards,
- Vadim
