Hello all,
I am designing a high speed board. The signal rate between two
components is 622Mbps, according to the datasheet, i have to use
microstrip lines whose characteristic impedance is 50Omh. If i put the
two components very close and connect the signal line as short as
possible, can i avoid using microstrip lines? i think this frequency
is not so high that microstirp lines have to be used. Can any one give
any comments and ideas? Thank you a lot!
