Chris You maybe simulate microstrip, where differential signals have a faster propagation time than single ended signals. If you are simulating stripline, diferential signals should be as fast as single ended signals. The velocity of transmission line is decided by the equivalent relative EPS. In microstrip differential line, more EM energy is stored in the air. Therefore, the velocity would be faster. Hope this is helpful.
