Hi Jack,

Agilent gives very good circuit models for their latest probes online 
and in the instruction manual. These models include the accessory 
hardware. Be sure when you get your models to include the accessory 
hardware as the effect of the means of connection is stronger than the 
  probe itself in most cases, even for very short pins! Many 
commercial differential probes have input impedances of a few tens of 
ohms within their stated bandwidths when connection hardware is added.
