 Hello experts,

I'd like to design a test board that will break a 4 differential pair,
high speed cable, into 4 pairs of SMA connectors. The SMA connectors are
my interface to the test equipment. The other side of the cable is
connected to the board that is being tested (DUT). The DUT generates CML
 signals, differentail pairs, 2.5Gb/s.

 What is your recommendation:
Should I use differential pairs on the test board? how much coupling
 should I have?
How do I take care of the transition from the differential behavior on
the DUT and Cable to the single ended behavior of two SMA cables to the
test equipment (this transition is done on the test board)?

 Thanks,
