Dear Hassan, Multiple microseconds are easy for fiber-optic delay lines, and it is far easier to achieve your required bandwidth. I used to work for a company called MERET Optical Communications that had delivered multi- GHz 20 usec delay lines, complete with AGC. You can find them listed in Google and contact them directly.
