Naresh,

For slew rates having lesser (faster) values that (1V/ns) you should use
the 1V/ns value.

Subject: [SI-LIST] DDR3 Derating for slew rate less

Hi SI Gurus,
I have gone through dome of the the old mails on DDR3 derating which
helped me to understand the derating. My formulas based on those e-mails
are working fine for signal having higher slew rate compared to normal
(1V/ns), but for slew rate having lesser value than normal (1V/ns), I
guess I am missing something. This information is also very little
mentioned in those emails. Pls. help.

Regards
Naresh
