Merry Christmas,

Memory setup times are defined at the Pin.
Nevertheless I usually do Die to die simulations and take the setup time
values also for this simulation knowing, that I possibly have a double
count of package x-talk and some possible mismatch due to package trace
length. For DDR2 (even 1066) this should be second order effects.
