Hi Mani Kumar Anna ,

The capacitor could be  used to isolate Vtt or Vdd planes from DDR clock 
switching signals.  If your designs does not deal with complex topology or high 
speed operation, then I think you no need to use AC cap to Vtt or Vdd.

You can just connect the common mode termination (two 50 Ohms resistors) to 
voltage rail.  This helps to meet the  crossover over point margins at your 
memory device.

in few reference design.
