Neven,

We have a Model 35 probe, however, I have never used it. I will forward
this message to someone in our group that has used the Model 35.

...but I can tell you this, with regard to you concerns about not having
a reference point on the probe. We also have Model 34 probes (100fF,
10Mohm, 3.5GHz) and they also only use a single point. I had the same
concerns before I used the Model 34 and I can tell you that they work
great. The probe does have a grounding strap that you can connect to
ground as close as possible to the chip.
