Job Requirements
Join a highly motivated team of engineers to provide award winning Five
Star applications consulting (primarily through telephone and electronic
communications) for Mentor Graphics HyperLynx and ICX signal integrity
analysis tools. Solve customer problems extending from the design
process to tool usage. Champion customer needs for product improvement
and provide input for long-term planning and prioritizing of functional
changes and enhancements to products. Document technical processes and
solutions in application notes, TechNotes and Movies. Become an integral
member of the High Speed support team supporting both local and global
customers. Opportunity for occasional on-site consulting and training
delivery. Position could be located in either Wilsonville, OR or
Redmond, WA.

Job Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent industry experience. MSEE is a plus. IBIS/Spice
modeling experience is required. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to contribute in a
remote team environment . Ability to document procedures and debugging
knowledge. Willingness to travel as required both to internal meetings
and customer sites. Requires the ability to manage and solve complex
problems with minimal direction. Job will require multitasking of
several complex issues at once, so prioritization ability is essential.
Knowledge of any of the following high speed signal integrity tools is
highly desirable: Mentor Graphics HyperLynx, ICX, ePlanner, XTK and/or
Cadence SpectraQuest. Experience with Microsoft Windows (2000 or XP)
required. UNIX workstations (SUN-Solaris and/or HP-UX), operating
systems is preferred. Previous customer interaction and customer support
experience is very desirable.
