Hi Fan,
(1)You can use the Crosstalk Calculator provided by UltraCAD.
(2)Assuming both data and address signals have the same rise/fall times,
I believe crosstalk caused by the adjacent signal trace will be larger than 
that of between two layers, since the distance between adjacent traces is 
smaller.
