 Hi
Ceramic chip capacitors are supplied in a range of voltages from 6.3V to
hundreds of volts.
In decoupling applications, there are rules of thumb to derate the operating
voltage of chip caps?
I've heard something similar for tantalums (derating factor 0.2-0.3) due to
reliability problems.
