Have you tried viewing this curve graphically? This does not look like =
any power clamp curve I've seen or would expect to see from a CMOS =
circuit. I'm not saying that it is impossible, but it would take a lot =
of engineering (or a big mistake) to make a circuit do this. If you =
just want to get the simulation to run and don't care about whether or =
not it's correct, you could comment out the data points at voltages =
less than -1.3V.

This can't be do in ICx or XTK, this may be have
troble in the power clamp CMOS transistor circuit.
If the circuit can not be change ,it must only
simulate in SPICE,and the IBIS is only dummy for the
PCB simulation at this version 3.2. The IBIS users
give up for the condition.Is there no body can relieve
from=20
this bad stipulation.
