I would like to pose quick question, will it be possible to use "
SN74CBTD3384CPW" for translating signals from 3v3 to 0v8 circuits.

I don't know much about the TXB parts, but I think the OP might do better with
Quick Switch parts. I have used the SN74CBTD3384CPW to connect 5 volt circuits
to 3 volt circuits which might work for 3.3 volt to 1.8 volt circuits. These
are only rated for 4.5 to 5.5 volt Vcc, but maybe there are similar parts for
lower voltages. The big advantage is the speed, Tpd of 0.15 ns max. Ten/Tdis
is 4.8 ns max. The TXB part with Vcca of 1.8 volts and Vccb of 3.3 volts has a
Tpd of around 7 ns. The Ten is a whopping 1 us! Yes, that's microsecond. But
I expect that doesn't matter in this case.

The QuickSwitch parts use a diode to drop Vcc which then powers the gate on a
pass transistor. Combined with the gate voltage this prevents a higher voltage
on the data pins from being passed through. Since the data path is through the
already turned on channel, there is very little delay. The data doesn't deal
with the turn on/off delay of transistors. There are versions that come in
rather high pin count packages, but I think the smaller TSSOP package uses the
smallest board space per channel.

Like someone said, TI is very big in this area, check out their web page. They
have a good selection guide too.
