It signifies that the package in question has a BGA pitch of 0.8mm.

Without seeing your datasheet it is a bit difficult to know exactly what
connection between the BGA pitch and the reliability is. Probably just
signifying thatr the reliability data they were presenting was for a 0.8mm
pitch BGA package.

Subject: [SI-LIST] BGA Pitch Thermal Reliability - What is it?

Was looking at a dielectric datasheet and saw BGA Pitch Thermal Reliability on
the data sheet. The value was 0.8mm.
I'm interested in knowing what this value is and why I or anyone would care to
know this property.

Experts, please help!!!

Thanks
