Tim, You should be able to use the wave port. Check out their tutorial "Getting Started: A full-wave SPICE problem" where their model is even a little more complicated than yours. How do you know that you have negative inductance since hfss outputs s-parameters? If you have more problems then talk to your local apps engineer. That's why the software costs so much.
