There are many good books about SI-Interconnects, you can browse the SI-List 
archive for Book recommendations and you will find many.
Resonances occur whenever there are discontinuities in the Signal path or it's 
return path. Just simulate an impedance matched transmission line up to very 
high frequencies, and you will see a nice linear transmission S-Parameter. Now 
change the impedance of the source and the Sink and there is your resonator. 
Depending on the length of the trace, there will be at least one suckout in the 
transmission S-Parameter.

Hi,
I am not sure i can ask this question here or not?

Can anybody give more details about Interconnect resonance.
whether it is about the microstrip or stripline transmission line resonaces. 
How resonance will occur in these transmission lines.
Any documents/material will be also helpful for reference.
