Where's the problem besides having to apply for a Password?
You go to the parknelco website, Choose "High speed Digital Substrates" in the
upper right context menu. Scroll down to the Material you are looking for and
then klick on "Dielectric Properties" in the "Other Documents" Column.
You will be prompted for a password, and with proper log in you will receive a
.pfd with df and dk values for every prepreg and laminate they are offering for
this material type.
For isoDesign Tools just go to the http://www.isola-group.com/ site, and
Register for using isoDesign. This gives access to isoStack as well as other
tools and information.
Yes, having everything available for free download is easier, but does your
company give away good detailed Product information for free? Not every company
does, and applying for a password isn't that much of a hassle.

Hi,
I am also trying to get the info about Nelco4000-13SI and Meteorwave-1000 from
Park since I talked to them on DesignCon.
The guy keeps saying (by email) that he is trying to locate the data for me.
Almost the same with Isola (I-Speed and I-Terra), I asked them on DesignCon,
but they didnt get back to me, they didnt give me a business card either.
I was trying to locate the IsoStack or IsoDesign on their website, but no luck.
Is it public? How to get it?
With Panasonic/Iteq/Nanya it was easier. Panasonic even has all in the
datasheet.

Even with a password (for Nelco), it's a bit like trying to find a Sasquatch.
I.e., if you believe the data's going to be there, you're more likely to invest
the time ... but you're still not likely to find it.
Detailed data (e.g. Dk and Df by frequency and resin content) isn't up there at
this point. I'm working with them to get more complete data (e.g., Dk, Df,
Thickness, Tg, frequency, resin content) into our materials library, but we're
not quite there yet.

If you get permission by completing a request for rights, you will get a
password, etc. that lets you get at the data.
In the case of Isola, their Isostack gets you to the detailed data.
