I don't know of any dedicated 429 transceivers. Designs I've seen use
op-amps with some edge shaping networks. You could create an IBIS
behavioral model pretty easily or even use a PWL source in Spice.

I'm sure there are several others, but here is one website that has some
1553B IBIS models available for download:

You need to register for access to download the models (takes about 30
seconds)
