Joel, I am not sure that you need to. Nominally LVDS is not going to bias near the Vccio rail except with an open circuit. If you do as with any AC coupling scheme you will need to establish the correct DC bias at the receiver. A 2 quadrant regulator or a Thevenin network will do the job. LVDS is quite tolerant in that regard. Steve.
