Hi Nithin
Data without errors is the bottom line.
Only in a time domain matters.

Although I am a RF Microwave engineer by past experience, S-Parameters
are not
intuitive in analysis.

The Impulse REsponse of the network as measured by either TDR or VNA are
useful
but must be massaged into time domain models.

Then, when the effect of the transmission line models on the eye
patterns and the
data stream, the margin for potential errors can clearly be seen.

So, the implications of your question are in error because you are
comparing apples
and oranges. Frequency domain specifications and time domain
specifications are not
directly comparable.

Good hunting.... but consider ADS for real world simulations of what is
happening.
